Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Hands on experience on trouble shooting of plant equipment like centrifugal/AODD/Vacuum pumps, vacuum ejectors, MSGL/SS/CS reactors, mechanical seals, distillation columns etc. 2. Knowledge regarding ISO/IMS documentation 3. Good knowledge about HSE tools such as Permit to Work system, HIRA, MOC etc. 4. Fabrication of CS/MS/FRVE/PVDF piping 5. Should be able to read & understand basic P &IDs. 6. Condition monitoring techniques such as vibration monitoring, temperature monitoring, oil analysis etc. 7. Knowledge about utility systems such reciprocating chillers, cooling towers, solid fuel boilers will be an added advantage 8. Equipment downtime monitoring 9. Should be familiar with SAP system, computer skills such as Word, Excel, power point etc. Preferred candidate profile B.E./Diploma (Mechanical) with 2 to 5 years of work experience from Chemical Industry
