About Us:

Amma’s Pastries is a leading bakery chain renowned for its premium cakes, pastries, and baked goods. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Production Manager to head our Kodakara Production Unit in Kerala. Candidates from any state in India are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily production activities in the Kodakara facility.
• Plan and execute production schedules to meet demand and maintain product quality.
• Supervise production staff, ensuring proper training and adherence to SOPs.
• Monitor raw material inventory, coordinate procurement, and minimize wastage.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety standards (FSSAI/HACCP).
• Implement cost-effective production practices and process improvements.
• Liaise with operations and logistics for smooth dispatch and outlet requirements.
• Prepare and analyze daily/weekly production reports.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Hotel Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in bakery/food production (managerial role preferred).
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of quality control, food safety, and modern bakery equipment.
• Hindi/English required.
• Willingness to relocate to Kodakara, Kerala (accommodation support available).
