The ideal candidates will ensure production efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery of motorcycles while coordinating with various departments. Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and oversee the entire production process of Zana motorcycles. Ensure production targets and deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards. Monitor machinery, workflow, and inventory to optimize production efficiency. Coordinate with procurement, quality control, and maintenance teams. Implement and maintain safety standards and compliance in the production area. Lead, train, and manage the production team to ensure smooth operations. Identify process improvements to reduce cost, time, and errors. Requirements: 5–7 years of experience in production management, preferably in automotive or 2-wheeler manufacturing. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and workflow optimization. Leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate teams.
