Job Description

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating production activities in a lead manufacturing facility. The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of industrial safety standards, and the ability to ensure compliance with environmental and occupational health regulations while achieving production efficiency and quality goals. Qualifications & Skills · Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production/Metallurgy/Chemical Engineering. · 4–8 years of experience in a heavy manufacturing/metal/chemical industry (lead, zinc, copper, or similar preferred). · Strong knowledge of safety standards (Factories Act, OSHA, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001). · Hands-on experience in shift supervision, manpower handling, and process monitoring. · Good communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Key Competencies · Safety-first mind set in hazardous environments. · Ability to manage shift operations independently. · Strong focus on quality, productivity, and compliance. · Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and production reporting tools.
