Job Description

Job Summary: Beach Serenity is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Digital Assistant with prior experience in real estate. This role involves managing digital communication channels, handling customer interactions via calls, and supporting CRM and social media efforts. Candidates must be confident communicators with a basic understanding of both the real estate and tourism sectors. Key Responsibilities: Manage and update the company’s social media platforms. Handle both inbound and outbound calls; actively listen to customer needs. Maintain and update the CRM system to track customer interactions and leads. Support customer service efforts and assist in executing digital marketing campaigns. Provide timely and professional communication with clients and prospects. Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree. Prior experience in real estate is mandatory. Strong verbal communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi (preferred). Familiarity with social media tools and CRM systems. Positive attitude, ability to multitask, and willingness to learn.
