Job Description

Job Title

Plan, organize and control daily production schedules to achieve output targets.
Manage stamping press operations, including tool/ die changeovers and machine efficiency.
Monitor and improve productivity, cycle time and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
Ensure adherence to quality standards, minimizing rejections and scrap.
Coordinate with maintenance and tool room teams for preventive and corrective actions.
Oversee manpower deployment, shift management and operator training.
Implement lean manufacturing, 5S and kaizen practices for process improvements.
Control Inventory, raw material utilization and production costs.
Prepare and present production reports, KPIs and MIS data to management.
