Production Manager- TOPCon Solar Cell

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead TOPCon solar cell manufacturing operations, drive efficiency, ensure quality, and support greenfield project setup through to mass production.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end production of TOPCon solar cells, ensuring high yield, quality, and timely delivery.
• Lead greenfield project activities including facility setup, equipment installation, and commissioning.
• Optimize processes to improve efficiency, throughput, and defect rates.
• Coordinate with R&D and engineering for technology adoption and scaling.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Manage workforce planning, training, and performance.
• Track daily production KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain SOPs and production documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s in Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 10-15 years in photovoltaic cell manufacturing, ideally TOPCon or similar high-efficiency solar cell technologies only.
• Proven experience in greenfield setups and commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of solar cell process flow and troubleshooting.
• Experience with quality systems, lean principles, and process control.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
