Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing production processes to ensure timely delivery, top-notch quality, and efficient resource utilization. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute daily/weekly/monthly production schedules. Manage manpower, raw material allocation, and machine utilization. Monitor quality standards for dimensional accuracy. Coordinate inspections and defect resolution. Oversee equipment maintenance. Lead, train, and motivate the production team for higher efficiency. Maintain production. Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical. 2+ years of relevant experience. Experience in industrial manufacturing, polymer-based products, or heavy engineering preferred. Skills & Competencies: Intermediate to pro Knowledge of Lathe, cylindrical grinder, Milling and drafting. Ability to lead a Team and get best out of people.
