Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage the modular kitchen production unit. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of modular furniture manufacturing, material handling, and production planning, along with leadership and quality control skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the modular kitchen production unit.
• Plan, schedule, and execute production orders to meet client timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the design team, site team, and procurement department for smooth production flow.
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.
• Monitor cutting lists, panel processing, edge banding, and assembly activities.
• Maintain strict quality control throughout the production process.
• Manage inventory of raw materials, hardware, and fittings.
• Handle vendor coordination and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
• Prepare daily and weekly production reports for management review.
• Train and guide the production staff and technicians for improved efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in modular kitchen or modular furniture manufacturing.
• Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Mechanical/Production Engineering preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, cutting optimization software, and modular manufacturing processes.
• Hands-on experience with panel saw, edge bander, CNC, and other woodworking machines.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary:

As per experience and company norms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
