We are looking for a dedicated Post Production Specialist to join our creative team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee the entire photography production process, ensuring smooth operations, timely project delivery, and adherence to high-quality standards. You will manage pre-production planning, shoot logistics, and post-production coordination, while leading a team of photographers, stylists, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day production operations, including scheduling and budgeting.
• Collaborate with photographers, clients, and creative teams to define project goals.
• Oversee all stages of production from pre- to post-production.
• Coordinate talent, equipment, and location logistics.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Resolve production challenges efficiently.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in production management (preferably in photography).
• Strong knowledge of photography techniques and studio setups.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing budgets and multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

• Experience in e-commerce, product, or fashion photography.
