As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Executive with a strong focus on SEO to help us reach engaged couples searching for the perfect photographer online. Role Overview: We're looking for a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Executive to build and execute digital marketing strategies with a strong emphasis on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) . Your goal will be to improve our online visibility in the wedding photography space, drive traffic to our website, and generate leads from couples planning their weddings. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute SEO strategies tailored to the wedding photography industry Conduct keyword research targeting relevant search terms like "wedding photographer in [location]", "pre-wedding shoot", etc. Optimize website pages, blogs, gallery content, and image metadata for SEO Work with the photography and content teams to create blog posts, landing pages, and wedding stories that rank well in search results Manage on-page SEO (meta tags, internal linking, schema markup, etc.) and off-page SEO (backlinks, directory listings, local SEO) Ensure the website ranks well for local SEO keywords and appears on Google Maps Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs to analyze performance and make data-driven decisions Collaborate on social media campaigns, email marketing, and lead nurturing workflows when needed Stay updated with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and the wedding market landscape Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field 1+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven SEO skills Experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest Working knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms Familiarity with local SEO strategies and wedding industry platforms (like WedMeGood, WeddingWire, etc.) Strong written communication skills with a creative flair for romantic and elegant content Passion or interest in weddings and storytelling through photography is highly desirable Bonus Points For: Experience with paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram wedding campaigns) Knowledge of image optimization techniques for photography websites Previous work in the wedding/lifestyle industry.
