Production Manager - Pharmaceutical/Nutraceutical

The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturing activities to ensure timely production, cost efficiency, and strict compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Possess strong pharmaceutical production knowledge, including GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in planning, costing, and executing daily production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
• Monitor pharma and nutraceutical production processes to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and SOP standards.
• Coordinate effectively with Warehouse, QA/QC, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth and seamless operations.
• Ensure optimal utilization of raw materials, manpower, and equipment to minimize waste and improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production logs, batch records, and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
• Identify, analyze, and escalate production delays, deviations, or equipment issues in a timely manner.
• Support implementation of process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines on the production floor.
• Assist in audits, inspections, and compliance-related activities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of GMP, SOPs, and regulatory compliance.
• Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in tablet, capsule, powder, or liquid manufacturing.
• Exposure to production planning, costing, and inventory coordination.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
