Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell company’s nutraceutical and wellness products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and chemists. Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals, institutional business from hospital and nursing homes, pharmacies to generate prescriptions and orders. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory. Organize and conduct product detailing, CMEs, and promotional activities. Maintain and update daily call reports and customer records. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities. Coordinate with the sales team and management to plan territory strategies. Candidate Profile: 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales (nutraceuticals preferred). Company Secretary – BSE/NSE Listed Entity Compliance We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Company Secretary (CS) with hands-on experience in BSE/NSE (India Main Board) compliance and secretarial functions of a listed company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring end-to-end compliance under SEBI, Companies Act, 2013 , and Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) for both listed and unlisted entities within the group. The role demands excellent command over English, strong drafting abilities, and professional presentation skills , as it involves direct communication with senior management, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: BSE/NSE Compliance : Timely submission of disclosures under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, including corporate announcements, shareholding patterns, outcome of board meetings, and quarterly financials. Liaising with stock exchanges (BSE/NSE) and ensuring adherence to all applicable listing regulations. Handling of XBRL filings, SDD compliance, and structured digital disclosures under SEBI regulations. SEBI and MCA/ROC Compliance : Filing of all applicable e-forms with the Registrar of Companies for both listed and private group companies. Drafting of resolutions, minutes for Board, Committee, and General Meetings. Ensuring compliance under SEBI Regulations (PIT, ICDR, SAST, etc.) and Secretarial Standards (SS-1, SS-2). Secretarial and Corporate Governance Duties : Preparation and vetting of Board/Committee/General Meeting documents and maintenance of statutory registers and records. Drafting and compilation of the Annual Report in line with SEBI and MCA requirements. Coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders including auditors, legal advisors, and regulators. Regulatory Updates & Interpretations : Stay up to date with amendments under Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, and other applicable laws and prepare regular summaries for internal circulation. Event-Based Compliance : Drafting and filing of necessary forms and documents for corporate actions such as allotment of securities, ESOPs, buybacks, mergers, change in directors, etc. Investor Relations & Group Compliance : Ensure compliance support to investor-backed entities or group companies as per their reporting requirements. Respond to investor queries and regulatory notices promptly and appropriately. Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of BSE/NSE main board listing regulations. Excellent drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to balance regulatory obligations with business objectives. High attention to detail and accuracy in compliance reporting. Proficiency in MCA21 portal, SEBI SCORES platform, and XBRL filings. Qualifications: Education : Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) – Membership Mandatory . Experience : Minimum 2 year of post-qualification experience in a listed company or consulting firm handling listed company compliances ( preferred ).
