We’re Hiring: Production Manager

Non–Beta Lactam Pharma Manufacturing Unit (Tablets & Capsules)

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead operations at our Non–Beta Lactam Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) facility, specializing in tablets and capsules.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Plan, execute, and monitor daily production activities for tablet & capsule sections

  •  Ensure strict compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines

  •  Lead, train, and supervise production teams to achieve efficiency and quality targets

  •  Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Warehouse for smooth operations

  •  Optimize manpower, equipment utilization, and batch productivity

  •  Handle regulatory audits and inspections confidently

  •  Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and documentation standards

Candidate Requirements

  •  Mandatory approval/authorization in Tablet & Capsule sections (Non–Beta Lactam)

  •  Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc

  •  Minimum 8–12 years of experience in OSD manufacturing

  •  Strong exposure to tablets and capsules production

  •  Hands-on knowledge of GMP, documentation, and audit handling

  •  Leadership mindset with strong problem-solving skills
