Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations at our OSD pharmaceutical plant. The role focuses on production planning, GMP compliance, team leadership, and operational excellence for tablets and capsules.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Plan and execute daily/monthly production schedules

  •  Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines

  •  Oversee OSD processes: granulation, compression, coating, encapsulation

  •  Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process controls and batch release

  •  Optimize manpower, equipment & material utilization

  •  Lead, train, and supervise production teams

  •  Drive process improvement, efficiency & cost optimization initiatives

Candidate Profile

  •  Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm or B.Sc / M.Sc (Life Sciences)

  •  Experience: 6–10 years in pharma manufacturing (OSD), with 3–5 years in a leadership role

  •  Skills: Strong GMP knowledge, OSD process expertise, and people management skills
