Production Manager

We are looking for a production manager to guide and manage our manufacturing Unit of Bulk Material Equipments at Hyderabad. You will be required to ensure the processes are efficient and effective manner. You will also need to collaborate with the management and workers to ensure smooth workflow.

Responsibilities of the job include:

Planning and organising production schedules

Assessing project and resource requirements

Regularly prepare budgets and cost reports for production.

Divide responsibilities and tasks across the team to make production more efficient.

Follow the production standards of ISO, CEMA, ANSI, ASME, NFPA and Testing Standards as per ASTM.

Resolve any problem that occurs.

Evaluate performances and constantly improvise practices

Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met

Determining quality control standards

Overseeing production processes

Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary

Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials

Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment

Organising relevant training sessions.

Heavy Fabrication Industry/Bulk Material Equipment Manufacturing Industry.

In-depth knowledge of production management, risk management, and safety regulations.

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field

Strong time management skills

Strong written English language skills

Management and leadership skills
