Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional with expertise in pulp and paper technology to oversee production operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient manufacturing of high-quality paper products and maintain smooth workflow across the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and monitor daily production activities to meet targets.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards for various grades of paper.
  • Optimize resources, reduce waste, and improve production efficiency.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth operations.
  • Train, guide, and supervise production staff for skill development.
  • Maintain production records and prepare periodic performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology.
  • Experience: 5 10 years in paper manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of production planning, machinery, and quality control processes.
