Job Description

Role Summary:

The Production Operator Trainee will support the manufacturing process of plastic masterbatches by operating machinery, monitoring production activities, and ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain production machinery such as extruders, mixers, and pelletizers.
Monitor production parameters and ensure consistent masterbatch quality.
Identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical or process-related issues.
Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures during production.
Assist in routine equipment checks and preventive maintenance activities.
Support senior operators in daily production operations and learn end-to-end manufacturing processes.

Required Candidate Profile:

Diploma in Plastics & Polymers from a recognized institute.
Basic understanding of machine operations and production workflows.
Ability to troubleshoot simple mechanical issues.
