Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Production Planning:
Develop and execute production schedules and plans to meet production goals, customer demands, and quality standards.

To plan, coordinate, and oversee the entire fabrication and welding operations, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective production. The Production Manager leads a team of supervisors, welders, fitters, and fabricators while enforcing safety and quality compliance across all processes.

Quality Control:
Monitor product quality and implement quality control procedures to ensure the production of high-quality goods.
Cost Control:
Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising product quality or safety.
Team Management:
Lead, motivate, and manage production staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement lean manufacturing practices to increase productivity.
Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of raw materials and finished products.
Communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication with other departments, such as procurement, maintenance, and quality control, to optimize production processes.
Reporting:
Generate reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track production progress and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Production or Metallurgy
