Production Manager: Machine Shop Experience, Automotive, SPM M/c

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for manpower, Planning & Work allocation

· To identify machine capacity & planned against the capacity

· To ensuring production plan Vs. Actual is meeting the targeted level

· Responsible for reducing the cycle time

· To ensure proper 5S at Shop Floor

· To conduct on the Job training to operators

· To collect data and provide information to management related to Measure of Performance

· Responsible to close the NCRs (Product /process/Layout Audit) by taking Corrective action

· To ensure the compliance of Quality Management System requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
