COCACOLA-KINLEY Experience - Minimum 10 years (FMCG or food Industry preferred) Qualification: B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical (Mandatory) Location: PAKURIA, HOWRAH, WEST BENGAL Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance. Utilization of Man & Machine for achieving Production Target and production efficiency and Yield. Timely reporting of production in ERP/ SAP. Reduce Power Consumption. Preventive maintenance of Machine in time. Breakdown Maintenance handle with sincerely. Mold Changing as per standard time Maintain Minimum Inventory & Critical Spares Maintain all Maintenance records related to External Audit & Internal Audit. Maintain External Services like (AMC , Any Health Checkup) Man Power Handling & Exposure Environment, To find out faults, abnormalities & its remedies Maintain Cleaning all Equipment’s of Machine & Ancillaries Maintain Spares with Proper Identification Daily Rejection Analysis & Minimize the Machine Break Down Preform root cause analysis and resolve the problems. Provide training to Labors & Production Engineers Every Month Organize plant start up and shut-down schedules to ensure minimum loss of production time Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvements activities. Directly responsible for implementation of LOTO System.
