Maintain External Services like (AMC , Any Health Checkup) Man Power Handling & Exposure Environment, To find out faults, abnormalities & its remedies Maintain Cleaning all Equipment’s of Machine & Ancillaries Maintain Spares with Proper Identification Daily Rejection Analysis & Minimize the Machine Break Down Preform root cause analysis and resolve the problems. Provide training to Labors & Production Engineers Every Month Organize plant start up and shut-down schedules to ensure minimum loss of production time Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvements activities. Directly responsible for implementation of LOTO System.
