Production Manager - Kalamaya Event Management

As a Production Manager in Event Management, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events such as corporate events, entertainment shows, conferences, exhibitions, and weddings. Your role will involve coordinating with vendors, venues, production teams, and internal departments to ensure seamless event operations while upholding quality and efficiency standards. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, organize, and execute events based on client specifications. - Coordinate with vendors, venues, production teams, and internal departments. - Manage event logistics including setup, manpower, equipment, and schedules. - Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards during events. - Monitor budgets, negotiate with vendors, and maintain cost efficiency. - Oversee on-site event management and address operational issues promptly. - Generate event reports, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in event management operations or a similar role. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent presentation abilities. - Effective communication and negotiation skills. - Capability to work under pressure, handle last-minute changes, and work flexible hours including weekends. - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with event management software is advantageous.
