Job Title: Production Manager in Event Management

Location: City - Kochi

Reports To: General Manager

The Event Management Intern will assist the events team in planning, organizing, and executing various corporate, promotional, or social events. The role provides hands-on experience in event coordination, vendor management, client servicing, and on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating all aspects of events (corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, brand activations, college festivals, etc.).

• Support event logistics including venue selection, décor, catering, and transportation.

• Help in preparing event proposals, presentations, and schedules.

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and sponsors for event requirements.

• Assist in managing event budgets and maintaining expense reports.

• Support marketing and promotional activities on social media and other channels.

• Participate in on-site event setup, registration, and crowd management.

• Collect feedback and assist in post-event evaluation and reporting.

• Maintain event databases and contact lists.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or related field.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Canva, or event management tools.

• Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends or evenings during events.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
