Role Overview

Product Manager – Jewellery Design & Assortment

Key Responsibilities

Track market trends, competitor launches, and customer insights to curate store assortment.
Work closely with Lead Designer on new product development and seasonal collections.
Create detailed design briefs and coordinate with karigars for timely execution.
Oversee quality checks, costing, and production timelines.
Implement SOPs for inventory control, stock rotation, and product lifecycle management.
Partner with sales teams to ensure assortment matches demand and store feedback.

What We’re Looking For

Strong background in product development / merchandising in jewellery, fashion, or luxury.
Ability to balance design sensibility with commercial acumen.
Hands-on experience working with karigars, vendors, and supply chains.
Process-oriented with skills in inventory and assortment planning.
Passionate about jewellery trends, customer behavior, and retail execution.
