Role Overview

Senior Manager – Finance & ERP


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead accounting, compliance, MIS, and financial reporting.
  • Manage payables, receivables, cash flow, and reconciliations.
  • Drive ERP implementation, integration, and adoption across stores.
  • Create SOPs, internal controls, and governance processes.
  • Partner with management on budgets, store launches, franchising, and fundraising.


What We’re Looking For

  • CA / MBA Finance with strong ERP experience (Nebu, Ornate, Synergics, SAP, Oracle).
  • Proven finance leadership in retail / jewellery / consumer business.
  • Hands-on, process-driven, and comfortable in a fast-scaling environment.
