Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage production timelines for new collections and ongoing styles
• Allocate work to vendors, tailors, and finishing units based on skill and capacity
• Maintain production tracker: fabric issued, work in progress, and completed pieces
• Supervise in-line and final quality checks to ensure measurements, finish, and embroidery meet brand standards
• Work closely with the design team to understand silhouettes and craft requirements
• Monitor fabric and trims usage to minimize wastage
• Identify and resolve delays, damage, or quality issues proactively
• Coordinate with packing, shoot, and stock teams for final handover

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in garment production management (preferably women's ethnic/fusion wear)
• Strong understanding of fabrics, tailoring, embroidery, and finishing techniques
• Experience managing small-scale or artisanal production setups
• Ability to maintain detailed records and communicate clearly across teams
• Based in Jaipur
