We work with traditional textiles and artisanal techniques to create thoughtfully designed garments that are understated, elegant, and detail-focused. We are looking for a Production Manager who can translate our vision into well-executed pieces — managing tailors, vendors, and timelines with precision, while maintaining our standard of quality. Responsibilities Plan and manage production timelines for new collections and ongoing styles Allocate work to vendors, tailors, and finishing units based on skill and capacity Maintain production tracker: fabric issued, work in progress, and completed pieces Supervise in-line and final quality checks to ensure measurements, finish, and embroidery meet brand standards Work closely with the design team to understand silhouettes and craft requirements Monitor fabric and trims usage to minimize wastage Identify and resolve delays, damage, or quality issues proactively Coordinate with packing, shoot, and stock teams for final handover Requirements 2-5 years of experience in garment production management (preferably women's ethnic/fusion wear) Strong understanding of fabrics, tailoring, embroidery, and finishing techniques Experience managing small-scale or artisanal production setups Ability to maintain detailed records and communicate clearly across teams Based in Jaipur Email your CV at gulhanejaipur@gmail.com
