Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in production management, process optimization, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise all production activities to ensure smooth operations.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets efficiently.
* Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
* Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning departments.
* Monitor manpower, materials, and machine utilization for optimal performance.
* Implement continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience (20+ years) in a manufacturing setup.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Good communication and reporting abilities.
