Production Manager

Job Description

The Production Manager for Herbal Extracts will oversee the manufacturing process of herbal extracts from raw material sourcing to the final product, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety throughout. This role requires strong leadership, an understanding of herbal extraction methods, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards in production processes. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the herbal extraction process, including drying, grinding, extraction, and filtration. Monitor production schedules to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of products. Work closely with the quality control department to ensure that herbal extracts meet internal and external quality standards. Collaborate with the R&D team to develop new products and improve existing formulations. Contribute to production planning and budgeting Conduct performance evaluations and ensure a high level of team productivity. Maintain a safe production environment Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field 4+ years of production experience In-depth knowledge of herbal extraction methods (e.g., solvent extraction, cold pressing, steam distillation).
