Key Responsibilities: Solar :- Module Mounting Structure and Roll Forming Experience is a MUST Project Implementation: ◦ Collaborate with the project team during the initial stages to plan and set up the manufacturing facility. ◦ Evaluate and select appropriate machinery and equipment for roll forming and MMS production. ◦ Develop and implement production workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Production Management: ◦ Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient and timely production. ◦ Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines. ◦ Implement quality control measures to maintain high product standards. Team Leadership: ◦ Recruit, train, and manage production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. ◦ Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching. ◦ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. Process Optimization: ◦ Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. ◦ Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into manufacturing processes. ◦ Collaborate with the engineering team to implement design changes that facilitate manufacturing efficiency Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Ajmer Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: MMS: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
