Job Title: Production Manager – Quality Control
Location: Rai, Sonipat (Preference to nearby candidates)
Experience Required: 8–15 Years
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Only Nearby Location And Grain Mill (Rice , Dl ,Flour) Background prefered.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and committed Production Manager – Quality Control to lead and supervise production operations in our grain milling unit. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical expertise in grain processing and quality management with prior experience in the Grain Mills / FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end production processes ensuring smooth operations.
• Implement and monitor strict quality control standards across production.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
• Manage and lead the production workforce to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Maintain optimum utilization of raw material and resources with minimal wastage.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to improve efficiency.
• Prepare production and quality reports for management review.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, maintenance, etc.).

Key Requirements

• 10–15 years of proven experience in Production & Quality Control within grain mills / FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of grain milling processes, equipment, and technology.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
