Job Title: Production Manager Location: Kanjhawala Village, New Delhi Industry: Manufacturing Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Manager to oversee and manage daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, quality control, resource management, and ensuring timely delivery of products. You will play a key role in maintaining efficiency, reducing downtime, and optimizing productivity on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and control production to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, and within budget. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed. Ensure production output meets quality standards. Supervise and lead production staff, assign tasks, and evaluate performance. Manage raw materials, tools, and machinery to avoid production delays. Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain production records and prepare regular reports. Coordinate with other departments (Quality, Maintenance, Inventory, etc.) for smooth workflow
