Role Overview: As a Production Manager at Mahalaxmi Button Industries, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing process in Coimbatore. Your primary focus will be to ensure timely and efficient production by planning and organizing production schedules, assessing project and resource requirements, and monitoring production processes to make necessary adjustments. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining health and safety regulations, managing quality assurance programs, and ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and machinery. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and organize production schedules to meet deadlines - Assess project and resource requirements for efficient production - Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Manage quality assurance programs - Maintain and oversee the functioning of equipment and machinery Qualifications Required: - Possess Production Management and Project Planning skills - Have experience in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance - Exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills - Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to effectively lead and manage a team - Technical proficiency in production machinery and equipment - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field - Work experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus,
