Role Overview: As a Production Manager at Mahalaxmi Button Industries in Coimbatore, your main responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing process. You will be in charge of ensuring timely and efficient production by planning and organizing production schedules, assessing project and resource requirements, and monitoring production processes. Additionally, you will need to adjust schedules as necessary and ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to. Managing quality assurance programs and maintaining equipment and machinery will also fall under your purview.
