Production Machine Operator

We are seeking a dedicated Production Machine Operator for our envelope manufacturing facility. The role involves setting up and running machinery that converts paper into envelopes, ensuring the machines operate efficiently, safely and produce high-quality output. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and adjust envelope-manufacturing machines (folding, gluing, cutting, sealing) according to job orders and specifications.

• Perform routine cleaning, maintenance and minor adjustments to machines; report larger breakdowns to maintenance team. Manatal+1
• Maintain production logs, machine check-lists and quality records as required.

• Work in coordination with the production team, quality department and packaging department to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum Education: High School diploma or equivalent (10th/12th).
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably with paper-converting, envelope manufacturing or similar machine operations) is an advantage.
• Mechanical aptitude, ability to learn machine operations and adjustments.
• Good attention to detail, quality focus and ability to identify defects.
• Able to work in shifts, stand for long periods, and operate in a production floor environment.
• Basic reading of work orders/specifications, ability to follow instructions and SOPs.
• Strong sense of safety, cleanliness and discipline.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
