Production Machine Operator

• Machine Setup & Operation: Set up, configure, and operate punch presses, including loading dies, setting gauges, and inputting programs for CNC models.
• Production Monitoring: Monitor machine performance, feed materials, and ensure consistent quality and output.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and cosmetic defects against specifications.
• Maintenance: Perform routine checks, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting/maintenance (lubrication, die condition checks) to prevent downtime.
• Material Handling: Load raw materials and unload finished/processed parts, potentially lifting up to 25-40 lbs.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate production logs and quality records.
• Safety: Strictly follow all safety protocols, wear PPE, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
