Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Production Line Manager located in Indore, with some work from home flexibility. The Production Line Manager will be responsible for overseeing production planning and management, ensuring smooth operations, managing the production team, and providing leadership and direction. Additionally, this role involves coordinating with different departments to optimize production efficiency and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

• Skills in People Management and Team Leadership
• Experience in the Food Industry is a plus
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
