Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Line Manager at AGGUNJ in NOIDA, UP. The Production Line Manager will oversee production planning, production management, execution and team leadership. Responsibilities will include ensuring efficient production processes, managing the production team, and optimizing workflow to meet quality and quantity targets in the fashion industry.

Qualifications

• Production Planning and Time Management skills
• Experience in People Management and Team Leadership
• Knowledge of the luxury garment manufacturing process.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Relevant degree in Production Management or related field
