Job Summary:
The Production Head is responsible for managing the entire production department. They plan, organize, and control all production activities to ensure products are made efficiently, on time, and with top quality.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and control the entire production process.
2. Ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved.
3. Supervise and guide the production team.
4. Maintain product quality and follow company standards.
5. Manage raw materials and reduce production waste.
6. Coordinate with departments like Quality, Maintenance, and HR.
7. Monitor machine performance and ensure preventive maintenance.
8. Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
9. Maintain safety and discipline in the production area.
10. Train and motivate employees to improve performance.
