Preparation of detailed production planning & implementation with workers. Analysing production data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, then implementing process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste. Developing and maintaining detailed work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processes. Implementation of Quality Assurance Plan Identifying and addressing quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions. Managing project timelines and budgets for production process improvements. Providing technical support to production operators and training them on new processes and procedures.
