Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacturing Oversight:

  Lead end-to-end production processes for agitator machinery, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.

• Process Optimization:

  Identify opportunities for process improvements, streamline workflows, and implement lean manufacturing practices to enhance productivity.

• Team Leadership:

  Manage and mentor the manufacturing team, including supervisors, technicians, and machine operators, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Quality Control:

  Ensure all agitator machinery meet quality standards and customer specifications through rigorous inspection and quality assurance protocols.

• Maintenance Management:

  Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and extend machinery lifespan.

• Safety & Compliance:

  Enforce safety policies, ensure compliance with industry safety standards, and promote a safety-first work environment.

• Supply Chain Coordination:

  Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.

• Cost Control:

  Monitor manufacturing costs, implement cost-saving initiatives, and optimize resource utilization.

• Technology & Innovation:

  Stay updated on advancements in agitator manufacturing technology and incorporate innovative methods to improve quality and efficiency.

• Reporting & KPIs:

  Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate operational reports, and present insights to senior management.
