Production Head

• Lead a product management team in which you motivate and achieve steady improvements in business
• Strategic planning and management of the entire production unit.
• Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
• Create and present visionary innovations, as well as the calculation of business cases
• Conducting research on current fashion trends, consumer preferences, and market demand
• Sketching designs, selecting fabrics, patterns, and colors to be used in production.
• Collaborating with pattern makers, seamstresses, and other members of the production team to bring designs to life
• Overseeing the production process, ensuring that designs are produced on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Networking with other designers, buyers, and industry experts to stay current with industry trends and to build relationships
• Strong technical skills, including the ability to create sketches and use design software
• Excellent creativity and imagination, with the ability to think outside the box
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, buyers, and team members

Skills Required for the Position

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Textile production Unit.
• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory for this role to operate the Team.
• Leadership experience to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
