Job Description

You have experience in orthopedic equipment manufacturing, specifically in CO2, ARC, Spot, Laser welding, and Argon processes. Your responsibilities will include punching, bending, laser cutting, and operating power press machines. Key Responsibilities: - Daily planning of manufacturing activities - Monitoring and analyzing Plan V/S Actual production data - Arranging manpower on a daily basis - Conducting time studies to optimize production processes - Implementing strategies to improve productivity - Working on reducing in-process rejection rates - Involvement in new product development projects Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in orthopedic equipment manufacturing - Proficiency in CO2, ARC, Spot, and Laser welding techniques - Knowledge of Argon welding processes - Familiarity with punching, bending, and power press operations Please note that this is a full-time position suitable for both experienced individuals and freshers.
