  • Production Strategy & Planning:

    Ability to translate company goals into actionable production strategies aligned with design and project timelines.
  • Leadership & Team Management:

    Lead multidisciplinary teams carpentry, finishing, metal, upholstery, and installation with strong motivational and mentoring abilities.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:

    Collaborate closely with design, procurement, project management, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.

    Resolve production challenges swiftly while maintaining quality and timelines.

2. Technical & Industry Expertise

  • Furniture Manufacturing Processes:

    Deep understanding of fine woodworking, joinery, finishing, and custom furniture detailing.

    Experience in interior fit-out production and on-site installation coordination.
  • Materials Expertise:

    In-depth knowledge of solid wood, veneers, metals, glass, stone, fabrics, and finishes used in luxury projects.
  • Design Interpretation:

    Ability to read, interpret, and optimize design drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
  • CNC & Digital Fabrication:

    Familiarity with modern manufacturing technologies such as CNC machining, laser cutting, and automated finishing systems.
  • Quality Assurance:

    Strong grasp of quality control systems and finishing standards expected in premium, bespoke projects.
  • Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance:

    Knowledge of safety protocols and sustainable manufacturing practices.

3. Operational Excellence

  • Production Planning & Scheduling:

    Develop and manage detailed production schedules for concurrent luxury projects.
  • Resource Management:

    Efficient allocation of manpower, materials, and machinery for maximum productivity.
  • Cost Control & Budgeting:

    Manage production budgets, control wastage, and optimize material usage.
  • Process Optimization:

    Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement practices to increase efficiency and reduce lead times.
  • ERP/MRP Systems:

    Proficiency in manufacturing and project tracking software for monitoring production progress.

4. Quality, Craftsmanship & Aesthetics

  • Attention to Detail:

    Meticulous focus on craftsmanship, precision, and the aesthetic requirements of luxury clients.
  • Design Sensibility:

    Appreciation for high-end design, material harmony, and contemporary craftsmanship trends.
