Position: Production Head – Lighting & Metalizing

Location: Chh. Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad)

This is a key leadership role for driving operational excellence, efficiency, and innovation on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end production activities in the Lighting Division

Ensure daily production targets are met with quality and efficiency

Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives

Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance & Supply Chain teams

Monitor manpower deployment, productivity, and plant performance

Maintain safety, compliance, and environmental standards in operations

Develop SOPs, standard work, and drive accountability in the team

Identify and resolve bottlenecks, reduce downtime, and improve yield

Generate production reports and performance metrics for top management

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering

10+ years of experience in automotive or lighting manufacturing (with minimum 3 years in a leadership role)

Strong knowledge of assembly line processes, machine handling, and manpower management

Experience in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and TPM practices

Excellent leadership, team-building, and communication skills
