Production Head – Garment Industry

We are looking for an experienced Production Head with a strong background in menswear garments. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in production planning, execution, quality management, and team leadership within the garment manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production operations for menswear garments.
• Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
• Manage fabric sourcing, cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing processes.
• Coordinate with design, merchandising, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards.
• Optimize resources to reduce wastage and improve efficiency.
• Supervise factory staff and ensure adherence to safety and compliance norms.
• Prepare production reports and track progress against targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in garment production, with at least 3 years in menswear.
• Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and machinery.
• Ability to manage large teams and multiple production lines.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of fabric, trims, and menswear-specific fits/styles.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
