Production Executive

Role Overview: As a Shift Operations Executive, your main responsibility will be to handle the operations during all shifts. You will be expected to analyze production issues and ensure timely resolution. Additionally, you will provide support to subordinates during shifts and post-production, as well as manage manpower during shift operations. Your role will also involve confirming orders in various reports, coordinating between mould station configuration, planner, and execution team, and preparing consolidated reports during shift operations. It is crucial to analyze previous day activities, take corrective actions against deviations, and actively participate in 5S and Lean management for your respective zone. Conflict resolution between the Machine Team and Conveyor Team, along with a team-building approach, will be essential. Your focus should be on optimizing resources in the shift and ensuring quality.
