Job Description

Perform daily process activities according to procedures.
Perform level 1 troubleshooting according to troubleshooting guideline
Observe a high standard of safety and housekeeping procedures
Ensure optimum utilization of equipment and process stability.
Contribute proactively in continuous learning and improvement activities
Contribute actively in key project such as cost reduction, yield improvement, Cpk improvement, new product/process development, new machine qualification, production optimization, cycle time improvement and new material evaluation/ qualification
Perform other duties as assigned# duties will vary according to the project progress and/or the specific goals of the division

Education Requirement :

Minimum 2-3years experience in manufacturingenvironment

Experience Requirement :

Minimum Diploma or equivalent

Skills & Competencies :

Abilityto work in a fast-paced environment
Meticulousand detailed-oriented
Dynamic& committed with proactive working attitude
Highlymotivated and a team player
Hands-onexperience in tools like PDCA, Visual performance chart, SPC added advantage
Familiarwith root cause analysis and troubleshooting of line issues.
Knowledgein 5S Housekeeping, Environmental and Safety legislation is an advantage
Knowledgein fabrication and assembly process is an advantage
