Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with 1-2 years of experience in production operations? We’re looking for a Production Executive to join our growing FMCG food company! If you have a knack for managing production lines, packing & sorting, team coordination, and efficiency optimization, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee production line operations, ensuring smooth workflow in packing and sorting
2. Monitor production efficiency and suggest improvements to enhance productivity3. Manage and coordinate teams on the floor to meet production targets
4. Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards5. Maintain accurate production records and reports using Excel
6. Work closely with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations
What We’re Looking For
1. 1-2 years of experience in production, preferably in the FMCG – Food sector
2. Basic graduation (B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, or relevant field)
3. Strong team management and coordination skills
4. Proficiency in MS Excel for production tracking and reporting
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and improve operational efficiency
6. A smart, problem-solving attitude with a keen eye for detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
